How many characters do we all play
in the course of a day?
Many.
Who are they?
All parts of us.
Theatrical and creative journey that aims to stimulate the need for our inner self to show itself as it is.
What, what?
We play roles all the time.
Not because we are fake —
but because we learned how to survive.
We adapt.
We please.
We perform.
Until one day we don’t know if we are living…
or just acting our own life.
If something inside you feels tired, numb,
or disconnected..
this is not a coincidence.
The Acting Journey is a creative retreat to release every mask and come back to who you really are.
But… How?
Through creativity, body work and introspection,
we enter the subconscious to:
release trapped emotions
soften self-judgment
express what has never had space
reconnect with your natural way of being
Not to become someone new.
But to return to yourself — with freedom, honesty and compassion.
The Acting Journey is a theatrical and creative retreat.
A lived experience where we work from the outside in — and from the inside out.
Using:
-
We work with the body as a doorway to the subconscious.
Through simple physical practices, we release tension, access stored emotions and reconnect with bodily intelligence — beyond words and overthinking. -
Improvisation helps us step out of control and expectation.
By responding to the moment as it is, we allow spontaneity, truth and playfulness to emerge — without planning. -
Creative games create a safe and joyful space to explore.
They bypass the inner critic and open new ways of expressing what we feel, think or desire — lightly, freely, and without pressure. -
Movement allows what is inside to move outward.
We use guided and free movement to listen to emotions, unblock energy and let the body speak in its own language. -
The voice is one of our most vulnerable tools.
Through sound, breath and vocal exploration, we give expression to what has been held back — releasing, affirming and reclaiming our presence. -
Presence is the ground of everything.
By slowing down and tuning in, we practice being fully here — inhabiting the body, the moment and ourselves, just as we are.
We explore who we are, who we have been, and who we want to allow ourselves to be.
No judgment.
No expectations.
Life is in full swing.

WHAT IS THE ACTING JOURNEY
The Acting Journey is a theatrical and creative retreat designed to stimulate the need for our inner self to show itself as it truly is.
Through introspection, body-based practices, improvisation, and creative games, we explore who we are, how we feel, and who we want to become — not from the mind, but from the body and lived experience.
This is not about acting for others.
It is about expressing yourself for yourself.
WHY THIS RETREAT
We live surrounded by noise, speed, and expectations.
Over time, emotions get trapped. The body forgets how to speak. We adapt, perform, and disconnect.
The Acting Journey is an invitation to pause, feel, and listen again — to allow what has been silenced to find a voice.
This retreat is for you if:
You feel disconnected from yourself
You want to express emotions that have no words
You live from self-judgment or constant self-demand
You long to reconnect with your body and creativity
You are ready to meet yourself with honesty and compassion
This retreat is not:
A traditional acting course
A performance or showcase
A space that requires previous experience
No acting experience is needed.
Only openness and presence.
THE EXPERIENCE
During this week-long journey, we will immerse ourselves in the subconscious through creativity and embodied exploration.
Through a carefully held process, you will:
Explore self-expression through theatrical and creative practices
Work with the body as a channel for emotion and truth
Release blocked or trapped feelings
Face self-judgment with gentleness
Create space for freedom, gratitude, and authenticity
The process unfolds at its own rhythm — alternating between movement and stillness, expression and silence, group work and personal integration.
This is a journey inward, held in a safe and respectful group container.
THE PLACE
Argayall · Valle Gran Rey · La Gomera
All of this takes place in a paradise on the island of La Gomera.
Argayall is a retreat center by the ocean, surrounded by wild nature and volcanic landscapes. A place designed for contemplation, creativity, and deep connection.
Natural, peaceful environment
Ocean views and open skies
Nourishing, conscious, and exquisite food
Spaces for rest, silence, and integration
Nature here is not a backdrop — it is part of the process.
WHO IS HOLDING THE SPACE
Andrea de Pablos
Creative Coach · Actress · Music Therapy Practitioner
Andrea has over twenty years of professional experience in the creative world. She began as a performing artist at the age of five and later worked extensively in theater, dance, and musical productions before transitioning into creative teams behind large-scale projects.
She studied Creative Advertising at Miami Ad School, worked as a copywriter at Dentsu Creative, and later founded her own advertising agency, Miller O’Connor, which quickly collaborated with clients such as FC Barcelona and Nescafé.
After years of professional success, travel, and personal exploration — including time living in China, India, and La Gomera — Andrea felt a deep need to reconnect with creativity through the body rather than performance or productivity.
Her studies in Music Therapy, combined with her background as an actress, led her to develop her own approach to Theater Therapy and Applied Creativity. She has worked closely with individuals with ASD and coordinated projects such as preparing a group of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to perform at the National Auditorium of Madrid with the Carlos III Chamber Orchestra.
Through her work, Andrea realized that modern life leaves many people emotionally blocked and disconnected.
The Acting Journey was born from this understanding — as a space to feel, express, and return to oneself.
